Delivery information

The RAF Benevolent Fund online shop sells a range of products, the proceeds of which go towards our work supporting the fine men and women of the RAF – past, present and future.

How we deliver

For UK postage and packaging fees we charge:

  • £3.90 for orders up to the value of £30
  • £7 for orders from £30 to £44
  • £11 for orders from £45 to £80
  • £15 for orders over £80

For overseas postage and packaging we charge:

  • £15 for orders under £30
  • £25 for orders under £100
  • £30 for orders over £100

Prints are always sent separately, rolled in a hard cardboard tube. 

We aim to deliver within three to seven working days from the date of your order. 

Christmas 2016

Orders must be received before Friday 16 December 2016 for all UK deliveries in order to receive your items in time for Christmas. 

Please note that some items may be delivered separately.

How you can pay

We accept card payments online through Realex Payments, which uses state of the art technology to ensure you can pay online safely and securely.

If you don't receive your order

If for any reason you don't receive your order, please let us know. We usually ask that you wait 21 days from the date of postage before we send out a replacement or issue a refund. Orders will be dispatched within three working days of receiving your order.

Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will issue a refund. Please get in touch and we will be happy to sort this out.
