The RAF Benevolent Fund online shop sells a range of products, the proceeds of which go towards our work supporting the fine men and women of the RAF – past, present and future.
How we deliver
For UK postage and packaging fees we charge:
- £3.90 for orders up to the value of £30
- £7 for orders from £30 to £44
- £11 for orders from £45 to £80
- £15 for orders over £80
For overseas postage and packaging we charge:
- £15 for orders under £30
- £25 for orders under £100
- £30 for orders over £100
We aim to deliver within three to seven working days from the date of your order.
Please note that the last date for UK orders to arrive before Christmas is Sunday 13 December 2020.
How can you pay
We accept card payments online through Braintree (powered by PayPal), which uses state of the art technology to ensure you can pay online safely and securely.
If you don’t receive your order
If for any reason you don’t receive your order, please let us know. We usually ask that you wait 21 days from the date of postage before we send out a replacement or issue a refund. Orders will be dispatched within three working days of receiving your order.
