The RAF Benevolent Fund online shop sells a range of products, the proceeds of which go towards our work supporting the fine men and women of the RAF – past, present and future.
How we deliver
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.
For UK postage and packaging fees we charge:
- £3 for orders up to the value of £30
- £6 for orders from £30 to £100
- £10 for orders over £100
For overseas postage and packaging we charge:
- £6 for orders under £30
- £12 for orders under £100
- £18 for orders over £100
Prints are always sent separately, rolled in a hard cardboard tube.
How you can pay
We accept card payments online through Paypal Express, which uses state of the art technology to ensure you can pay online safely and securely.
If you would prefer to pay by telephone or in any other way, please call 020 7307 3316 or 020 7580 8343. Our offices are open 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you don’t receive your order
If for any reason you don’t receive your order, please let us know. We usually ask that you wait 21 days from the date of postage before we send out a replacement or issue a refund. Email webmaster@rafbf.org.uk or call 020 7307 3316 or 020 7580 8343.
Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will issue a refund. Please get in touch and we will be happy to sort this out.
